About Me

Carol has been a mortgage consultant since 1988 and previously owned and operated Diamond Mortgage Corp. (1991-1998) and Rainier Mortgage and Private Investment Services (2004-2008), while continuing to service her clientele. Carol's long-term commitment in the mortgage business and hard-work ethic earned her two industry awards: "Affiliate of the Year", by Seattle-King County Association of Realtors; and "Loan Officer of the Year", by Washington Association of Mortgage Brokers. A 100% referral business is Carol's ultimate goal, because a referral is the highest compliment possible, and it means you will receive undivided attention to your loan needs.
